John Bays

John qualified as a solicitor in 1973 having studied law at Durham University. John completed articles of clerkship at Windsor & Co in Tottenham where he stayed for some years before opening his own practice of John Bays & Co and then joining Denis Mann in Crouch End as Denis Mann Bays & Co. John has considerable local knowledge and experience in all residential and commercial property matters both leasehold and freehold. He also deals with the preparation of wills and lasting powers of attorney, as well as probate and administration of estates.
